冬のスペシャルを紹介します、ホンジュラス共和国のエル・セドロです。
エル・セドロ農園は秘境ポッソネグロ村にある、標高約１７００メートルにある農場です。エルセドロはコーヒー豆のNational Winnerにて85点以上と高いスコアをとった『トップスペシャルティコーヒー』ホンジュラス共和国を代表するコーヒー豆の一つです。
季節のスペシャル豆はエキゾチックで面白い豆を出したいと思っていましたので、トロピカルフルーツ、グリーンアップルやミルクチョコレートといった色々な表情をもつエルセドロは季節のスペシャル豆に合うなと思いました。12月になり雪も降り積もる中なので、皆さん暖かいコーヒーを飲みましょう。こちらで注文できます。他のコーヒーはこちら。
Introducing our winter special, El Cedro from Honduras.
El Cedro farm is hidden away at 1700m above sea level in the village of Pozo Negro. This coffee has scored above 85 points on the cupping table, marking it as a “Top Specialty Coffee,” a grade higher than regular “Specialty Coffee.”
For our winter special, we wanted something interesting and exciting to drink. El Cedro is packed with flavor, and has even been a National Winner Lot in Honduras. Expect a syrupy mouth feel with notes of green apple, tropical fruits, and milk chocolate.
